How To Think Like An Innovator

Traditional business mindsets popularised during the 20th Century taught us to mitigate risk, avoid failure at all costs and embrace efficiency.

Unfortunately, disruptive innovation by its nature is inherently inefficient and chaotic and calls for Innovators to take many small bets, embrace failure and risk.

This workshop will demonstrate the difference between the two ways of thinking and provide you with a foundation to be able to make decisions that support innovation rather than stifle it.
